First of all, we suggest you fill out a simple and clear electronic questionnaire form, answering the questions. Apparently, you need to start by indicating your first and last name, as well as the group number. And from the checkbox, select the numbers of the IT lectures that your fighter has listened to during the week. You can also add a list of aspects of training that your fighter has difficulty with, for example:

• timely and regular listening to lectures;
• working with a textbook.

Please, be sure to note whether your mentee sent you photos of notes from all the lectures taken the day before. If not, then indicate which notes were taken during the week and shown to you. The same applies to exercises in Packet Tracer, if they are included in your IT training course. Moreover, if there are any difficulties, it is also better to describe them in a special field of the questionnaire.

In addition, please note what laboratory (practical) work the fighter under your wing has completed during the week. Traditionally, it will be useful to write about all the difficulties that arise during the process. The same applies to exam papers for each chapter covered. For this, we have also provided a special field and a checkbox with the lecture numbers of the IT course. Please indicate the fighter's average grades and the questions in which you, as a coach, need our help. As a result, we will receive a detailed report from you and will definitely resolve all the difficult issues.

Why do you need to write such reports when studying in IT

Unfortunately, with some methods of learning (especially self-study), it is difficult for a student to check whether he is working with the material correctly. Also, in such situations, there is simply no one to ask about what raises additional questions. That is, if something is not in the textbook, you have to look for it yourself. Moreover, this is not always possible in such a complex area as information technology.

Fortunately, with a group learning scheme with a teacher, there is always the opportunity to ask your questions. However, it is even better to regularly submit reports on your successes and failures in the learning process.
