1. General.

This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data". This list is available at the link: http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2297-17 and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data SEDICOMM University LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1. The operator sets as his main goal and condition for the performance of his activities the observance of human and citizen rights and freedoms in processing his personal data, including protection of privacy rights, personal and family secrets.
2. This Operator policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://edu-cisco.org/.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy.

1. Automated processing of personal data is the processing of personal data using computer technology;

Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

   • citizenship.

The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Alexa, SimilarWeb, Clicky, Kissmetrics, Mixpanel, Open Web Analytics, Oracle Analytics, Google Analytics and others).

4. Purposes of personal data processing.

1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is informing the User by sending emails; concluding, executing and terminating civil contracts; providing the User with access to services, useful information, valuable free and paid educational materials contained on the website; selecting Products or Services according to the User’s needs.
