Description of the nature of work:
Implementation and support of IP telephony solutions, videoconferencing (unified communications) and Cisco contact centers.
Duties:
- Participation in projects for the implementation and support of IP telephony, video conferencing and Cisco contact center solutions.
- Participation in meetings with potential customers to analyze their needs in the field of IP telephony, video conferencing and Cisco contact centers.
- Development of technical solutions in the field of IP telephony, video conferencing and contact centers.
- Presentation of technical solutions in the field of IP telephony, video conferencing and contact centers.
- Development of technical documentation for implemented technical solutions.
- Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause identification, troubleshooting, or workarounds for Cisco Unified Communications and Contact Center systems.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Cisco IP telephony and video conferencing products: CUCM, VCS, CUBE, Voice Gateway.
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols and standards: SIP/H.323, Jtapi, ISDN PRI.
- Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications solutions architecture.
- Knowledge of IP telephony systems and video conferencing from other manufacturers (Avaya, Asterisk, Polycom, etc.) is welcome.
- Knowledge of Cisco contact centers is desirable: UCCX, UCCE.
- CCNA/CCNP Collaboration level certifications are desirable.
- English not below intermediate.
- Knowledge of related network technologies and IT infrastructure components is desirable.
